Day 1 of Summer Vacation

Where to begin? I have been meaning to start a blog since last summer so what better way to get this summer break off to a productive start.

I went to White Plains to the Arts Exchange. Toured the exhibit abstrACTION (on view until August 14th) with the curator and enjoyed seeing the work of local Westchester artists. I was inspired by Henry Mendell's digital textile design and Donna Sharrett's sewn creations.
